The rooms were a nice size and nicely furnished with a refrigerator, coffee/tea making equipment, and a seating area. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom here was clean. The location met the purpose, it was peaceful in a nice area.

It was as expected, had a perfectly pleasant stay for 2 nights. I greatly enjoyed to be here, everything was fine. My room was beautifully decorated with 2 double beds and fridge, for instance as described. The hotel was in a perfect location very close to the Berkshires, the police station, and the central area and most restaurants and services. Also, the venue was at a medium distance from Mountain Meadow Preserve.

We loved the cozy and tranquil location, and the nearby restaurant was fantastic. The staff at check-in was so accommodating and really went out of their way to assist us. The breakfast spread had a great variety of options, including delicious coffee, tea, cereals, pastries.

The location place is excellent with a little river is very relax time,room is good, the service is very courtesy , i love much.

Carpeting was not clean & felt uncomfortable walking barefoot on it. The ice machine did not really accomodate all of its guests and breakfast that was offered was too late to partake.

Its location close to bars and restaurants was particularly good. By the way, a river and lush forests were close to the place. Double room we stayed at was compact with a very comfortable bed.

The room was spacious with four beds as we anticipated, and the location was excellent, conveniently close to various restaurants, stores, and museums.

Family running the place was pleasant and polite. Room had adjustable a/c and a fan to keep the temperature where we liked it. The beds were pretty comfy and the bathroom was cleaner than mine at home.

Multiple old stains on the carpet were a little gross. The sides of the mattresses were also stained with what I really hope wasn't blood (but kind of looked like it), and these were visible as the sheets only tucked over the first mattress. They should replace the mattresses or if not that, use bedskirts or something to at least hide that staining because it's quite unpleasant. Exterior of the motel is in dire need of repainting, as it is peeling badly. This was the only place in town that we saw still had a vacancy on the weekend of a major college graduation and I think I know why. Prefer the Williamstown Motel on Route 2.

There are some minor maintenance issues that could use improvement. The stairs to the second floor are a bit narrow, and it can be difficult to navigate with luggage.
